So, the eagerly awaited return (yeah, right) of Football on Marrs is here! In order to celebrate the return, I thought I’d do some poetry/rapping… sing along at home if you know the tune (the Michael Kn*ghton rap from Blue Army).
“Football on Marrs is back, no one’s excited.
I need to write more dribble, on Carlisle United.
Several people may read, this football blog.
It’s one I write, whilst I’m on the bog!
I’m coming back again, back from the wilderness,
Now my wedding’s out of the way.
Now that I’ve regained my life, and married my wife,
I’m free to write this shit every day!”
Right, enough of this rubbish, I’m on my mini-moon… best go and lie down for a bit whilst ‘the wife’ gets massaged.
No, us either. Anyway – expect more of this nonsense over the coming season…
